Shipping, Refund and Bulk Orded Policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Larger or bulk orders: may require 7–15 business days, depending on order size and destination

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods. LTAM is not responsible for delays once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, including printed materials, digital content, and educational resources, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Failure to use or complete the program
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital products or downloadable materials
  • Opened, used, or damaged items (unless damaged in transit)
  • Clearance or discounted items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement.

BULK & ORGANIZATIONAL ORDERS

LTAM welcomes bulk orders for:

  • Schools and districts
  • Churches and ministries
  • Community organizations
  • Youth programs and nonprofits

Bulk orders may qualify for volume pricing and extended shipping timelines.

Important notes for bulk orders:

  • Bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable
  • Production and fulfillment timelines may vary based on quantity
  • Shipping estimates will be provided prior to order confirmation
